Created for Connection Workshop
November 22 @ 6:00 pm - November 24 @ 3:00 pm£295
Enjoying a loving connection with our partner is a vital need for all couples. We need an accessible and responsive partner, and we do best when we can depend on our partner for nurturing, protection and fun. With this in mind we are running an intensive couples relationship weekend. This will help couples in the church, enjoy relationships as God intended and find their way back to connection and intimacy.
Created for Connection is a Christian adaptation of Dr Sue Johnson’s classic guide, Hold Me Tight, bringing together a Biblical understanding of relationships with this highly successful therapeutic approach. It is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy, which enjoys a high rate of success in helping transform and strengthen couple relationships. This approach is effective in helping a huge range of couples from those wanting to enrich a healthy relationship, those needing to revitalise a tired one, and even to couples who need help to rescue a relationship which has gone awry.
The weekend will contain a mixture of presentations from our team, video clips of how this approach works and exercises that are designed for couples to work through. We will have time to worship together and space for prayer ministry.
The course is suitable for any couple who have been married (or in a committed relationship) for over 2 years. It will run from Friday evening (Delegates arrival), All day Saturday and ends on Sunday at 3:00 pm.
The cost includes Dinner and accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights, Break fast, Tea breaks and Lunch for Saturday and Sunday and the Course fees.
